Opinions.

People get angry at people who trace.
Here's my opinion:
There's a lot of things I dislike about tracing, too, but that's because they trace without saying so.
I say I trace things because I don't want to get all the credit for parts I sort of didn't do.
Here's the thing though: I recently uploaded (and deleted) which was traced. I thought, even if it was traced, it still takes a long time to shade and colour. I usually only trace line arts, then I get so phuqing pissed because the shading is so difficult. There is a lot of things to tracing. Some, I find exceptions to. For the JB pic I recently uploaded/deleted, the shading was difficult. My godfather tried so hard to even put in texture and detail into the shading. It was all hand done. Some people piss me off because they don't notice effort like that.

Another opinion:
Linking to the JB post, some asshole (I had to.) said: Shit this drawing is shit. on that submission. IT WAS NOT. Anyway, that;s not the point. My point is, what is your negative comment gonna do besides hurt people? If it's a terrible piece (which it wasn't), at least just say what's wrong with it! Constructive criticize instead of criticizing. If you want it to get better, throwing nonsense at them isn't gonna help. I always think, if they DO throw shit (bad moods lead to bad words. deal with it.) at me, I always think, can they do better? Can they REALLY? I don't usually think that for constructive criticism unless it's all negative but that's what I always think.

All art takes effort and only a stupid artist can't realize that.
If there's no effort to be made, why make it?
I do art because I love it, thinking all other REAL artists do too.
I've witnessed 2 useless negative comments so far.
It's really stupid.
